Jewelblest Pty Ltd (formerly Macey Catering Services Pty Ltd) was incorporated in Cairns, Far North Queensland, Australia in 1998. Employing a core staff of 25 people, the business was primarily focused on contract catering to industries such as Airlines, Supermarkets, Defence Forces, Reef Boats, Hotels, Schools, Indigenous Groups and Large Functions. During the past 12 months, director’s Brett Macey and Brenda Foster have diversified the company to include the manufacturing and marketing of food products. Part of the process of our diversification includes the development of Restaurant Quality Dehydrated Sauces. We developed the product along with a highly reputable manufacturer in Sydney who has been manufacturing for approximately the past 28 years. The sauces are manufactured with ISO9002 accreditation, as well as being Halal and Kosher approved. With such an extensive background in manufacturing, our ability to supply in bulk would not be an issue. We have also aligned in a joint venture with 150 Mango Growers from the Tableland in Far North Queensland, to introduce a MAP Packed Fresh Sliced Mango, with a 4 week shelf life. (This product is the first of it’s kind). It has taken three years to develop the product to a pilot stage, launching the product for the first time earlier this year. We are currently in the process of building a new facility to take our product to the next level of commercialisation. Our responsibility to provide safe, wholesome food is essential and our manufacturing facilities ensure that every aspect of food safety is carried out under the strictest guidelines. Jewelblest has developed and prospered over the years through our commitment and dedication to providing a caring, personal and professional approach to our customers and clients.
