The company started his business activities in Antalya in 1974 and in 1985 joined Antalya Ekmek Unlu Mamüller Gıda San. and Tic. Ltd. Sti. Established as a family business under the name of Antalya Bread; product range from a single type of bread. Having put the first tunnel system oven in Antalya in 1992, Antalya Ekmek has passed its third factory with a double tunnel system in 1997.
