For over two decades we have been manufacturing and exporting wide range of Handloom Products. Gargsons are renowned for their quality and style. Gargsons manufacture chosen trends and designs, as desired by customers that offer unique styles in Home Furnishings. Our Products The product line consists of Floor Coverings, Bath Rugs, Bath Mats, Throws, Bed Covers, Cushion Covers, Curtains, Shower Curtains, Table Covers, Place Mats, Runners, Napkins, Oven Mittens, Chair Pads, Non-Skid with latex / Rubberized base Mats, and Valances. Our Infrastructure All manufacturing operations are performed under one roof i:e from dyeing to weaving, fabrication and finishing. We are well geared with sophisticated machines and equipment to cater to the quantity and quality demands of our prestigious clients. Our production unit spans an area of 15000 Sq. Mtrs. and is equipped with 500 looms and machines. These include Frame looms, Jacquard looms, Pit looms, Power looms, Bath Mat Machines and Stitching Machines. We have in house dyeing which have a capacity of 5000 kgs /day for yarn dyeing, 3000 kgs /day for piece dyeing and 2000 Mtrs /day for fabric dyeing. The staff comprises of 25 administrators, 30 master weavers and 400 skilled weavers. We have our own spinning unit to facilitate qualitative raw material requirement. Our in-house designing department is dedicated to furnish innovative designs and color schemes to delight our customers. Controlling On line inspections are conducted during entire production process. Goods are thoroughly checked by quality controllers before sending them for finishing & packing.
