Ekso Milk, which has been established in Antalya Organize Industry Zone in the year 2004, is the subsidiary of Ekici Cheese which is also engaged in trade activities in the same region. The reason for establishment of the Company is to recover the whey which is released as a result of the production of Ekici Cheese and which is too dangerous for the environment due to the acid it includes. For a period of 5 years after its foundations are laid, at the end of installation and R&D works, it has started its activities in the year 2009 and it has become a regularly-operating operation. In the first years of its activity, it used to process only the whey and convert it into powder. Now, with the investments it has made, milk can also be processed as well as whey and milk powder production is made. Having a daily capacity of producing 25 tons of whey powder (PAST) and 20 tons of milk powder; Ekso Milk targets to increase its capacity without interrupting its investments. Using all facilities of the state-of-the-art technology in an effective manner; Ekso Milk is an operation which adopts the protection of the environment and community as a principle for itself.
