TrainEdge ‘creatively develops people’ through offering a wide range of training solutions for the corporate world and all sectors. Emphasis lies in partnering with clients through working closely with the HR departments to handle the job of personnel development and training from A to Z, starting with evaluating needs and pre-assessing personnel, through to ‘tailoring’ a training plan according to the skill gap analysis, delivering the required training courses, follow up with post evaluation and then liaise with the HR Department and line managers to assure achieving required results. TrainEdge also offers ‘public’ courses and holds over 70 titles on its training plan for the year 2006-2007. Based in Amman, TrainEdge is currently expanding their offerings into Kuwait, Libya and Sudan.
