Halim KIRTIZ Halim KIRTIZ was born in 1944 to a farmer family in Polatlı and he continued farming until in 1980 when he established a bakery, embarking in trade. He was among the founding members of the Polatlı Commercial Exchange established in 1984. Between 1981 and 2006, he traded many commodities such as wheat, legumes, spices, cereals, seeds, fertilizer and coal. In 2006 he bought a flour factory situated at the organized industrial district in Antalya and after an extensive remodeling he started production and sales. Cem Oğuz Kırtız is our General Manager since the establishment of our company. He also administered the Polatli Kırtızlar Flour factory, which is owned by “KIRTIZ” family, between 1990 and 2006. Our General Manager Cem Oğuz Kırtız is the vice president of the Anatolian Flour Manufacturers Association and a member of the board of the Turkish Federation of Flour Manufacturers. He was actively assigned at non-governmental organizations in establishing wheat and wheat flour production strategies in Turkey. Also he is a member of Industrialists and Businessmen Association of Antalya.
