Dal Mushroom, Salamura and Preservation Facilities were installed in Antalya / Korkuteli-Yelten Town in January 2007 in an area of 10000 M2. It is a group company located in Özdal İnş.Tur.Tar.Tic.Ltd.Şti which is one of the leading Construction, Agriculture and Tourism companies of Antalya. In our facility, there are 31 manufacturing rooms with a production capacity of 90 tonnes of mushrooms per month, which produce fresh cultured mushrooms, as well as brine and canning units where we can turn brine and preserves into fresh mushrooms. Compost supply and guarantee, which is raw mushroom raw material, is under the assurance of our other group company Özdal Kompost.
