A Stars & Stripes Flag Corporation was created by Mike and Cindy Frisch in 1977, mostly relying on direct mail marketing and yellow page advertising. They operated as a team until Mike’s passing in 1999. After tragedy struck the nation in 2001, the overwhelming demand for American Made US flag products combined with staffing changes resulted in the need for additional assistance. Cindy's niece, Laurie Olsen, joined the team, eventually purchasing the enterprise in 2007. Today, Laurie continues to maintain Mike & Cindy’s vision of delivering exceptional quality, excellent customer service and most importantly, flags made in America.
