Mid Information Technology (Mid IT) is a privately held company that has been incorporated in Jordan since April 2001. This initiative has come to existence as a derivative independent company of the IT department at Mid Contracting-Jordan, a construction company with multimillion dollars in revenues, and has gained a reputable experience in the development of integrated Information System, which has been considered a critical factor for its success. As a subsidiary of Mid Global Investment Group (MGIG), Mid IT is accustomed to operating in a global environment, which exposes company products and systems to meticulous international tests of excellence. Mid IT conducts business within a challenging environment that requires continual innovation, development, and the adoption of "best practices". The mission of the company has been expanded from being the industry's leader in developing and implementing the Specialized Construction Information System to become an active participant in developing and implementing of total information systems for various sectors and services that meets the needs and perform mission-critical tasks for its clients. Developing long-term interactive relationship with our clients is one of our main objectives, which is done through listening to our clients, observing how our clients conduct business, and being open to new challenges. In addition, it is clearly listed, as another main objective at Mid IT, is to be a world-class software organization in the enterprise sector, locally and regionally. Mid IT is currently developing and supplying to its growing list of clients a variety of software solutions and programs, mainly focusing on internally developed financial solutions, real estate and construction soft wares, human resources solutions, and turnkey projects, among other international recognized products in advanced applications, security, document management and data-based connectivity systems. Mid IT is targeting small, medium and large-sized enterprises across a broad range of industries in the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf States. Mid IT is dedicated to the development and implementation of superior quality solutions, fairly priced, backed with efficient & qualified support and maintenance policies. After a year and a half from its launch, in December 2002, the company was awarded ISO 9001:2000 certificate by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, as an interpretation that the company has a strict quality management system focusing on customer satisfaction and creative innovation. Over the past two years, Mid IT was able to attract and retain qualified IT analysts, designers, and programmers whom are the true backbone of the company in delivering high level of quality products and services, and preserving the image their company possesses. In addition, the company has successfully added to its family members a number of professional marketing & sales individuals whom are supported with solid & strong experience to assist the company's clients reaching their objectives in a much efficient and effective manner.
