Brief History Founded in 1983, ARTELCO is one of the oldest telecommunication solutions providers in Jordan, and has acted as authorized distributor, first for AT&T, then Lucent Technologies, and now Avaya. With hundreds of installations and satisfied customers over the past two decades, ARTELCO's current customer base include banks, hotels, Schools (such as Amman Baccalaureate School), corporations, embassies, ministries, governmental organizations, malls. The ARTELCO team consists of experienced people, dedicated to customer satisfaction through superior performance. These employees are in the center of these efforts and undertake full responsibility for the design, applications and performance of all our integrated systems. This begins with initial design and continues through implementation and technical support. ARTELCO continuously aims to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction possible.
