Zhejiang Chemicals Import & Export Corporation (ZHECHEM) was founded in 1980, which is a state-owned company. It handles the import and export of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, dyestuffs and their relevant intermediates, pigments, essential oils, biochemicals, plant extracts, and textiles and garments, etc. In the past 20 years, ZHECHEM has been expanding its business scope. The structure of its export commodities has been greatly optimized. A large number of high value fine chemicals have been included. Presently ZHECHEM maintains business and economic cooperation with about 1000 customers in over 60 countries and regions in the world. Starting from 1996, ZHECHEM has enhanced the transformation of its business organism and internal management.
